Talwin Street

Talwin Street is one of several projects Denne has completed in recent years for Berkeley Homes.

Constructed utilising a combination of reinforced concrete frame and traditional brick and block construction, the 4 blocks of flats provide a total of 104 high specification apartments in Bow, London.

Located on a restricted inner city site, sophisticated materials handing and logistical planning was essential.  As a result of the extensive consideration shown during the delivery of the scheme, the project was awarded a Considerate Constructors Scheme National Silver Award.
