Ordell Road
This development consisted of two separate contracts, one for Berkeley Homes and one for Southern Housing Group.
The scheme for Berkeley Homes consisted of 146 one and two bedroom apartments and 14 town houses whilst the second contract consisted of 53 one and two bedroom shared ownership apartments for Southern Housing Group.
Throughout the construction of this scheme, very high standards of Health & Safety, site presentation and quality of finishes were achieved. In addition to this the scheme also achieved a Considerate Constructors Scheme National Silver Award.
