Bearsted Green
A luxury retirement development consisting of 9 ‘wing houses’, 9 cottages and four apartments, with central landscaped gardens, manager’s accommodation and separate guest suite accommodation.
Set back from the popular Bearsted village green, the scheme for English Courtyard was extensively landscaped and sensitively designed and built to be in keeping with the local area.
The success of this scheme was formally recognised in 2007 by winning the Daily Mail Best Retirement Village in Kent.
