Harlow Regeneration

Denne are working in partnership with Moat Housing Association and Harlow Council & Harlow Renaissance on the regeneration of four sites within the town of Harlow.

As part of a major redevelopment plan being undertaken by the Council, this regeneration scheme will see Denne deliver 137 new homes and a number of new retail units.

To ensure the success of the project, Denne and the project team members have carried out extensive consultation within the local community to ensure the changes sensitively consider the needs of local people.
