This scheme delivered by the Leadbitter Group provides a three storey building comprising of four retail units at ground floor and two upper floors containing 20 two bedroom apartments.

The project also included the creation of a purpose built car park and landscaped grounds at the rear of the building.

Built on a what was a brownfield site originally containing a laundry which was heavily contaminated, the successful scheme has transformed the area and also successfully achieved an EcoHomes 'Very Good' rating.
