The Leadbitter Group was selected by Chelsea Football Club as constructor partner to deliver this new facility building at the Club’s training centre in Cobham, Surrey. As would be expected of a club of this standing, the new pavilion provides high quality facilities, acting as a focal point for youth development and ‘Football in the Community’ programmes.

The building provides world class treatment, fitness and sports science provision along with the necessary changing facilities, administrative support, relaxation areas and dining rooms.

The project completed within budget and on time to a very tight programme. Within twelve working days of handover, Chelsea Training Ground Limited was hosting an International Youth Tournament.
