Ambulance Station
This project was necessitated by the redevelopment of the existing ambulance station into a retail park.
To ensure the new station provided everything that the Ambulance Service required, they were extensively involved in the design to provide new state of the art facilities for the successful running of a modern day emergency service provider.
The collaboration between our delivery team and the Ambulance Service resulted in the construction of a new state of the art ambulance station facility providing:
- workshops
- garages
- offices
- mess room
- parking facilities
Due to the requirement to build and occupy the new station prior to the demolition of the old station a 27 week fast track delivery programme was agreed. We were able to complete and allow occupation 3 weeks early after only a 24 week period.
