Simmonds Court

Town and Country Housing Group appointed Denne to redevelop Simmonds Court in Tunbridge Wells as part of a £4m project to revamp their sheltered housing. The scheme which was part funded by the Homes and Communities Agency provides 33 new apartments following the demolition of the existing sheltered accommodation.

This Code Level 3 development providing 27 twp bedrooms, apartments and 6 one bedroom apartments represents a change in approach to this form of accommodation as it allows family members and carers to stay and assist in care provision.

Simmonds Courtalso offers a large common room, a communal kitchen, hairdressing salon and a sensory garden for the residents.
