Pantiles House
Pantiles House is a new and exciting mixed tenure extra care development for Housing 21 in partnership with the London Borough of Merton.
It provides 33 well proportioned one and two bed apartments for people aged 55 and over with 10 of the apartments for sale on a shared ownership basis.
The finished development also offers extensive communal space which is decorated and furnished to a high standard, providing a warm and welcoming environment for those living in, working at and visiting the development.
This scheme won “Best Healthcare Project” at LDSA Building Excellence Awards 2009.
