This scheme is part of the Kent Better Homes Active Lives PFI to redevelop a number of care units for the elderly and people with learning disabilities across Kent.
Located in Herne Bay, the King Edward Court scheme provides 40 extra care apartments for the elderly in a 3-storey block with associated communal facilities, car parking and landscaping.
Designed to give residents maximum independence whilst promoting social inclusion the scheme includes extensive communal facilities.
