Henry Hudson Court
This project was for the delivery of an 8 bed apartment block for people with learning difficulties.
Through the careful design of the building and use of sustainable materials and equipment, the project achieved a BREEAM “Very Good” rating.
Delivered in partnership with Housing 21 as part of the Kent Better Homes Active Lives PFI the whole team won a “Collaborative Working” Award at the Public Private Finance Awards in 2008.
