George Culmer Court
This project comprises a 7 bed apartment block for people with mental health problems. It was the first project to be completed under the Kent Better Homes Active Lives PFI for Kent County Council.
Through the careful design of the building and use of sustainable materials and equipment, the project achieved a BREEAM “Very Good” rating.
Delivered in partnership with Housing 21, the project team won a “Collaborative Working” Award at the Public Private Finance Awards in 2008.
