Downlands Court
This new extra care home, Downlands Court in Peacehaven was delivered in partnership for Saxon Weald Homes with the needs of the residents and community at the heart of the project.
Providing 41 beds, the extra care home includes 21 one-bed flats and 20 two-bed flats for affordable rent and shared ownership as well as a memory clinic for people with Dementia.
The successful development offers older people with the care and support they require, enabling them to maintain their independence and live in their own environment.
