Cedar Close

This one of a kind project of 7 self contained apartments will provide people with learning difficulties and wheelchair users a home where they can be independent while still having the security of knowing that there is 24 hour support on site if they need it.

Cedar Close sees the use of modern and sustainable building techniques to not only reduce the cost of the project but make the build process, and completed product, more environmentally friendly.

Cedar Close is the second project we have delivered for New Progress Housing Association having previously delivered an apartment block of 11 homes at Homelands Drive in Sutton.
