Bradstow Court

Appleton Lodge formed part of the 'Kent Better Homes Active Lives' PFI to redevelop a number of care units for the elderly and people with learning disabilities across Kent.

Located in Broadstairs this project was for the delivery of a 40 bed extra care development in a 3-storey block with associated communcal facilities, car parking and landscaping.  Extensive communcal facilities were also provided and included a: 

• hairdresser,
• small kiosk/shop
• restaurant open to residents and visitors, and
• tea bar open to both residents and visitors.
