Alfred Dellar Court

Alfred Dellar Court forms part of the award winning Kent County Council  “Kent Better Homes Active Lives” PFI.

Delivered in partnership with Housing 21, the project provides 7 new apartments for people with learning difficulties and a respite centre.

Designed and constructed to accomodate wheelchair access, special attention was given to ensuring that the doors and kitchen units are roboust and that all fittings are flexible in order to suit the needs of each tenant with adaptations such as additional grab rails and adjustable height sinks & basins an option.
