Thistledown Court
This impressive looking scheme provides 37 one and two bedroom flats for Family Mosaic Housing Association.
Constructed using a timber frame system, extensive work was carried out with timber frame manufacturers Stewart Milne to successfully deliver the project to a very high standard.
Throughout the delivery of the scheme, Denne worked extensively with the two schools adjacent to the site to help educate children about the construction industry and to raise their awareness of the potential dangers on building sites.
Following the success of Phase 1, Denne delivered Phase 2 which provided an additional 17 houses and bungalows to a ‘Very Good’ EcoHomes rating.
