St John's Works

St John's Works is a striking flatted development delivered for London & Quadrant Housing Association, to provide 62 new flats.

Consisting of 51 one and two bedroom flats for shared ownership and 11 flats for rent, the development successfully achieved an EcoHomes ‘Very Good’ rating and exceeded Lifetime Homes and Secure by Design standards.

Successfully valued engineered by Denne's in-house technical team, the design was optimised to allow for an additional 6 bedrooms.
