South Kilburn

Working in partnership with London & Quadrant Housing Assoication, we are the construction partner on the first phase of South Kilburn's massive £700million regeneration scheme.

The scheme, which is set to provide 2400 homes in South Kilburn, as well as a new transport infrastructure, a school, healthy living centre, community space, offices and sports provision, will signal the start of an exciting new future for this area of Brent.

Appointed for phase one, Denne will deliver 286 new homes across two sites: 

Albert Road - The provision of 153 new homes in eight apartment blocks of five to 11 storeys and the demolition of an existing high rise block.

Carlton Vale roundabout - The complete redesign of the road layout and the provision of 133 new homes across two blocks.

Once complete, the new dwellings will provide a mixture of private ownership and affordable shared ownership.
