The site of a former 19th Century coaching inn has been redeveloped to accommodate two apartment buildings comprising 33 affordable homes for London and Quadrant Housing Association, as well as a Tesco Metro shop.
Designed by Yurky Cross Chartered Architects, the development delivers a high quality residential scheme, which suits the character of the surrounding area whilst providing a landmark building for the approach to Catford Town Centre.
The development created a total of 35 apartments, 26 of which were for private sale and 9 were rental properties.
The building achieved Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3.
