This development at Poplar Place provides a total of 109 units across two sites; Phoenix Point and Ringside Court; and is set to play a significant part of the wider regeneration of the area.
A key feature of the development is the design and construction of an iconic eight-storey rotunda building which features 40 apartments and 7 houses arranged around the central open atrium.
On the neighbouring site, the scale of the concrete frame building required the use of a 66 metre concrete frame pump, the largest in Europe to help construct the 62 Homes.
The completed development successfully incorporates design features to suit both rural and urban extremes while promoting biodiversity through the use of a sedum roof on both sites.
