Pathfields

This project involved the extensive remodelling and refurbishment of the historic Pathfields estate in Surrey which was originally created during the First World War.

Following the demolition of the existing nine houses, the site was sensitively designed to accomodate 18 no. 2 and 3 bedroom houses and 8 no. 1 and 2 bedroom flats offering a mix of properties for rent and shared ownership.
