This small Code Level 3 housing development in Croydon is the first phase of London Borough of Croydon’s Overcrowding Housing Initative.
What was previously a disused garage site was transformeed to provide five terrace houses offering 4 no. 3 bedroom and 1 no. 4 bedroom house.
With access to the site by the fire brigade not possible due to the extremly narrow access road, each house was fitted with its own fire sprinkler system.
