Kings Hill

A long term project delivered over a 7 year period in partnership with Russet Homes, part of the Circle Anglia Group has seen Denne provide some 360 new houses and flats at Kings Hill.

Named as a finalist in the Evening Standard New Homes Awards "Best new development in the affordable homes sector", the project has been sensitively delivered in multiple phases.

Originally contracted to deliver phase one of the development to provide 231 homes, Denne were awarded the second phase upon successful completion of the first.

Demonstrating exceptional quality and value for money Denne’s integrated delivery team were able to promote continuous improvement through incorporating skills and lessons learnt on earlier phases to aid the delivery of later phases.
