Homelands Drive

A new development that provides 11 general purpose flats in the London Borough of Sutton of which 80% of the funding was provided by the Primary Care Trust, part of the NHS.

Delieved to be environmentally friendly the development achieves Code Level 3 and boasts 20% on site renewable energy generation, provided in part due to the incorporation of 87 square metres of solar panels.

The scheme also features the use of extensive permeable paving which naturally filters rainwater allowing it to soak into the subsoil, negating the need for a surface water drainage system.

Through effective site management our team were able to save New Progress Housing Association 80% of the site remediation costs.
