Heartenoak Road

The Heartenoak Road scheme is the latest project delivered in partnership with Orbit Housing Group over the last 10 years. This traditional looking development provides 24 timber frame dwellings in the beautiful Kent countryside.

Consisting of 15 houses, 8 apartments and 1 dwelling that is purposely designed for disabled people, the new homes are aimed at families with young children and as such a new playground area for children under the age of 12 has been included.

Successfully achieving Code Level 3, every dwelling has a NIBE Exhaust Air Heat Pump which provides each home with an environmentally friendly source of heat and hot water.
