This new build development located in Norwood, south east London provides 24 shared ownership flats for Hyde Housing Association.

Constructed using using a combination of traditional masonry construction and a SIPs system by Innovare Systems the scheme achieved excellent acoustic and air leakage results.

It also successfully achieved an EcoHomes "Very Good" rating, in part due to the 18 roof mounted solar panels which provide 10% of the developments energy requirements.
