A tricky site due to the 7 metre sloping site, the scheme includes undercroft parking via a vehicle ramp to provide much needed parking.

To ensure a modern look whilst also ensuring that maintenace requirements of the scheme were kept to a minimum, the finish of the development contained a mixture of brick and painted render.
