Substantial cost savings for the client was achieved during the delivery of this project through working in partnersip with them to manage their budget.
Extensive consideration was also given to neighbouring residents during the delivery of this scheme. A new site entrance was established as the original site entrance would have involved site traffic passing through quiet residential areas and past an existing care home.
