Steve Earle
Commercial Director
Steve joined Denne in early 2008 as Commercial Director, accountable to the Managing Director for all post-contract commercial functions, as well as providing advice on legal and commercial issues across the range of our activities. He offers over 20 years experience in the South-East construction market, which he has gained in a contracting environment across a wide variety of procurement routes with companies such as Costain, Wates and Carillion.
His key skills include:
- Setting, adapting and managing a framework of commercial control within which projects are delivered;
- A wide understanding of the principals of risk management and risk allocation in the context of construction projects;
- An innovative approach to problem solving
- Leadership and continuing development of our commercial teams
- A detailed understanding of the various procurement routes and contractual frameworks employed in the industry
