Nick, who joined Denne in January 2004 as Construction Director is responsible for the delivery of all of the company's construction works including Production, Health & Safety and Customer Care. Through his experience and knowledge he also provides construction management input for pre contract works.

 

As part of Nick's role, he is specifically responsible for the delivery of Denne Construction's two current PFI schemes. He has also been responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of 11 Care Homes which Denne have completed in the last 4 years, the most recent of which is the Miramar development for Signature Senior Living.

 

During his career, Nick has developed a comprehensive understanding of key industry topics such as sustainability and modern methods of construction. This knowledge proved to be a major contributory factor in Denne's successful appointment for the One Brighton, New England Quarter, the first zero carbon One Planet Living development in the UK.
