As Land Director, Mike adds a new dimension to the services we can provide our clients. Mike’s skills and knowledge, gained through over 30 years of experience in the Construction industry, include:

• Scheme appraisals
• Strategic planning of developments
• Maximising the potential of schemes
• Increasing saleable and useable floor areas
• Developing marketing strategies and promotional material 

Mike’s wider role involves sourcing land development opportunities and taking them through the planning and design process. He is also exploring joint venture regeneration and land led design and build packages with Housing Associations and other clients.
