










Graham is a construction graduate and fellow of the Chartered Institute of Builders. He began his career with John Laing Construction within their articled training programme. Following several years of construction site management, Graham specialised in estimating, construction economics and Design & Build.
In 1986 Graham was given the opportunity to lead Denne Construction. He introduced a fully collaborative approach to working with both clients and trade contractors. This collaborative ethos combined with expertise in Design & Build enabled Denne to grow from a £4m contractor to its current size of £100m in annual production.

Graham continues to lead on the development of major new projects. This has included work on innovative forms of funding, cross subsidy schemes, joint ventures and the winning of PFI projects such as the Stanhope Regeneration and Kent Better Homes Active Lives PFI's.
Graham is also committed to engaging with the communities in which we operate. He has been influential in involving Denne with initiatives such as The Kent and Medway Walking Bus and the establishment of an accredited Construction National Skills Academy.
