Denne delivers new homes for Herne Bay

Denne has completed a housing development in Hillborough, Herne Bay. The 26 semi-detached and terraced properties in Neville Way are all available to buy on the open market.

A joint venture between Denne and Kitewood Estates, these new homes offer the very best in modern living and are just half a mile from the town centre, whilst also being close to the sea. The properties are two and three bedrooms and have either a garage or an allocated parking space.

Denne worked closely with the engineers, Knapp Hicks, to deliver the second phase of the development several months ahead of schedule following significant demand for the houses after the completion of phase one.

Prior to completion of this project, Denne was also selected as the preferred development partner by Canterbury City Council for the £50 million mixed use redevelopment of a council-owned cark park within the heart of Herne Bay. Initial proposals for the site include a new 60,000 sq ft food store, additional retail space, a medical centre and residential apartments. Work will begin on the new project in 2012.
