Winner of Considerate Constructors National Silver Award

We are pleased to announce that Chris Page, one of our Project Managers has been awarded a Considerate Constructors National Silver Award at the 2009 ceremony. 

Chris, a previous winner of the Silver Award, was rewarded on this occasion for the development of 109 units for rental and shared ownership at Poplar Place, Thamesmead.  He played a key role in engaging with the community, holding health and safety assemblies with local schools and undertaking regular reviews to minimise noise and disruption for nearby residents. 

The site team were praised for their involvement with the community throughout the delivery of the project by the local council

The Considerate Constructor’s assessment for the site stated;

“A very high standard has been maintained across all elements of this scheme. Local schools and community involvement are high on the agenda.  A pleasure to visit – Congratulations to the team again.”
