Stanhope wins Ashford Design Award

The new commercial centre at Stanhope, created as part of the major regeneration project, has been recognised at the Ashford Building Design & Construction Awards Ceremony 2010. 

The commercial centre was awarded the Best Design in the Retail/ Commercial/ Industrial category at the awards ceremony on the 27^thJanuary. 

Denne were also commended for the new housing development at Site 5 in the Best Social or Affordable Housing category.  These works comprising the delivery of 75 units, with 48 for affordable use. 

The project at Stanhope is on target to be handed over in March 2012.
