Denne win L&Q Design for Living Award

The excellent quality and design of Denne’s Centre View project was recognised at the L&Q Design for Living Awards 2008.  Centre View won the best major project award at this years ceremony.

This award follows the Silver Inspector Homes rating Centre View achieved earlier this year, which placed it in the top 10% of projects registered.

This landmark development is the first to achieve Ecohomes “Excellent” standard in Croydon through a combination of wind turbines and a combined heat and power unit which provides 10% of the developments energy requirements.
