









The landmark LEMO (UK) Headquarters, constructed by Denne, has won the Best Commercial Development award in the LABC South East Building Excellence Awards 2011. The winners were announced by LABC President Mick Henmanand presented with their prizes by BBC London’s Wendy Hurrellduring a ceremony on 10th June at Copthorne Effingham Hotel Gatwick.
Judges awarded the Best Commercial Development award to the LEMO (UK) Headquarters because, “This iconic building makes a new architectural statement within the borough of Worthing. The design was challenging to all members of the design and approval team however the close team working openly adopted by all throughout has led to the successful outcome that is clear for all to see.”
