Denne, who were included on L&Q’s previous Framework Agreement, has been working with the Registered Provider since 2003, having recently delivered a development of 123 apartments in Southbury Road, Enfield.
Currently, Denne is undertaking a £35 million regeneration project at South Kilburn and the redevelopment of Rushey Green in Lewisham, both on behalf of L&Q, which is one of the largest registered social landlords in the UK and a Homes and Community Agency Investment Partner.
Graham Brown, Managing Director, Denne, said: “We welcome the announcement that Denne has once again been included on the Framework Agreement. L&Q is a valued Client and we look forward to continuing to deliver high quality homes, which will contribute to enhancing residents’ lives.”
Nicholas Cursley, Development Programme Director at L&Q said, “The Framework Agreement facilitates L&Q’s ongoing aim to provide new homes in London and the South of England. In the next four years we expect to build an estimated 7,000 new homes, the majority of which will be procured through this framework.”
