HCA Delivery Partner Panel member

Denne as part of the Leadbitter Group are a Central and Southern regional member of the Homes & Communities Agency (HCA) Delivery Partner Panel (DPP).

This new initiative has been set up by the HCA to provide a simple OJEU compliant method of procuring services which is available to Local Authorities, RDAs, RSL partners and other public sector agencies.

As a member, the Leadbitter Group can provide public sector agencies with access to a broad range of works and services related to all stages of the development process including:

• Project and programme management.
• Advice on funding and cost, raising finance, optimising whole life costs.
• Land assembly and planning.
• Advice on site acquisition, grant funding and mixed use developments.
• Development of construction skills and apprenticeships.
• Early market engagement and sales advice.
