Our Customer Care service is considered to be one of the best in the industry. It combines a constant drive to deliver defect free buildings with the provision of a dedicated team to deal with call-outs.
We have developed a comprehensive approach to customer care and to minimising defects on all our schemes. Our objective is to achieve customer satisfaction and repeat business by providing buildings that conform to agreed requirements.
We use a system for recording and monitoring any defects, which makes use of our bespoke defects database programme where individual defects are recorded and monitored.
Our Customer Care Team is made up of a number of multi-skilled operatives and led by an appointed Customer Care Manager. This team enables effective communication and provides a single point of contact for our clients and their residents.
